During the repair project, we ask that you remain nearby, or that you answer your phone in case we need to contact you. Before we start on your repair job, we will quickly provide you with your quote, and our job description in writing, to ensure we aren’t missing any repairs. Then we’ll get to work. Depending on the size and scope of the repairs, we may bring on other professionals to assist with your work.
We will always notify you before bringing anyone you haven’t met into your home.
Once your job is complete, we will photograph and document our work. If you are available, we will then walk through your repair together to make sure you are satisfied. Then we will be on our way.
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the repair job, you can reach out to anyone at our company, via any method, and you will get help to rectify the issue. Our work is guaranteed to be done correctly, up to code, and using approved construction and renovation methods.
If our work fails due to negligence on the part of our contractors or repair men, we will return to repair our job, or process a full or partial refund, depending on the project and your preferences. If you’d like to request a different contractor or repairman, we will accommodate you to the best of our ability.
